KAFI
Kafi (Coffee)
is a performativ music piece for two violinists, concert masters.
It is a fantasy about transforming the smell of coffee into music.
Two concert masters make coffee and play with the noise of the Bialetti espresso machine.
Motion sensors are attached to the violin bows.
With the movements of the violin bows, the two musicians influent
and change the bubbling of the coffee machine
until the noise turns into pitches and chords.
