In the three movements of the Concertino Gregoriano all Gregorian scales appear with their typical idioms in often rapid succession and are partially complemented to a totality of twelve tones. Despite the rhythmic jazzy expression, the first movement is a Ciaccona,and the last movement is a Giga.
