I've always believed that each musical instrument possesses a unique vitality. When they ''ensemble" together, the individuality of each instrument remains indelible, much
like characters in a compelling novel whose actions construct a dynamic story due to their distinct personalities. In this composition, I've equipped each instrument with
unique gestures, each with absolutely independent characteristics. Consequently, their combination forms different layers to ensure the three-dimensionality of the "ensemble."
At this point, each instrument, while retaining its individual traits, becomes an indispensable part of the "Quartet" team. Simultaneously, the composition will feature
segments where each "character" (instrument) showcases and releases its own distinctive traits. With this point, I believe that even in the "Quartet," each instrument
can shine brightly much like a "Soloist."
