- Description
With Schubert’s „Winterreise“ on their lips and a backpack full of DIY electronic instruments, two friends are setting off on a journey. Turing their backs on concerts halls and their grand pianos, they seek out alternative venues, from private residences to public spaces, pitching an acoustic tent only with their unrefined voices, a small keyboard and three mobile speakers. Their interpretation of the famous song cycle restores the themes of alienation, mobility and wanderlust to a contemporary expression.
