Nikola Pešić (38) is a Swiss-based pianist and composer originally from Serbia. At the age of seven, he
received his first keyboard and cassette player and spent hours recording and composing music. His
formal music education began at the age of nine and culminated in a double Master’s degree at the
Bern University of the Arts. In addition to piano, Nikola also studied chamber music,
improvisation and contemporary music.
Nikola’s music transcends traditional genres, blending elements of classical music, pop,
repetitive, meditative patterns, and jazz. His compositions create cinematic soundscapes that
transport listeners and leave no one indifferent. Minimalist yet expressive, intimate yet expansive
— Pešić’s music invites each listener into a deeply personal space.
