Special Performance: Óscar Escudero & Belenish Moreno-Gil with Lluïsa Espigolé and SoundTrieb

A complex audiovisual performance of four pieces that play with augmented sound, video, virtual spaces and social networks. Stage is the 10 x 6 meter screen in the museum hall.

Belenish Moreno-Gil & Óscar Escudero (ES) are a couple of post-composers, whose productions play with the dynamics of platform capitalism, the gamification of society and the creation of operative artistic devices within a “SPAM reality”. Their pieces have been premiered in numerous international festivals and stages, such as, Münchener Biennale für Musiktheater, Kunstfest Weimar, Warsaw Autumn, Philarmonie Luxembourg, Gare du Nord Basel or L’Auditori de Barcelona.

Besides, their work has been recognized with international prizes such as the Prix Ars Electronica Linz, Giga-Hertz Spezialpreis (ZKM, EXPERIMENTALSTUDIO), Busoni Förderpreis (AdK Berlin) or Premio Jóvenes Compositores SGAE-CNDM (Spanish Ministry of Culture).
